SHIPPING:

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped after payment has been submitted and processed. An email will be sent with tracking information to stay updated on the arrival of your items.


Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship after receipt of payment.

ORDERS:

Can I cancel my order?
If your payment has not been processed, you can contact us at [email protected] to cancel. After payment is processed we're not able to cancel.


What if my item is damaged?
Please contact us as soon as you receive your item and notice that it is damaged. Anything later than 7 days of the received date cannot be returned.


What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
Items can only be returned for store credit as long as the item(s) haven't been worn and still have the original tags attached and is sent back within 3 days of the received date. Please be sure to contact us at [email protected] before returning. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
